We start with deeply roasted chocolate, add a little cream then fold in crispy chips of salted Honeycomb Toffee Caramel. The result is rich + elegant chocolate goodness punctuated with sparks of caramel. *Yes, we make the salted caramel, but don't we make everything from scratch?!

While living & working as married chefs in Mexico, we fell in love with the flavors and soul of traditional, small batch Mexican Chocolate. We spent many hours experimenting with and transforming Mexican Cacao/Cocoa Beans into our version of artisan chocolate. We combined traditional style with modern technique to create a 'Bean to Bar' chocolate that is truly unique in the world of craft chocolate.
