In this fresh-hop rendition, 500 pounds of just-harvested Comet hops move straight from farm to hopback to kettle, capturing their brightness at peak vitality. The result is a crisp, aromatic West Coast IPA bursting with citrus, pine, and resin—a glimpse into an alternate, freshly brewed future.
