Small Batch Jam Co Blackberry Pinot Thyme Jam

This delicious blackberry pinot thyme jam is a seeded jam for added texture that is great for just about anything. A result of a collaboration with one of Small Batch's winery partners that makes an excellent pinot noir, the blackberry tartness blends perfectly with the wine, and a pinch of thyme rounds it out perfectly.

This jam starts with only fresh picked berries that were hand selected and cleaned from either local Bay Area growers at the farmers markets or from one of many local u-pick berry farms. This recipe uses only fresh blackberries, pure cane sugar, a little citrus pectin for help with gelling and a generous splash of freshly squeezed lemon juice for a little zing to the flavor in this magical combination.
