Ca’ di Rajo sources the fruit for this slightly off-dry sparkler from an estate vineyard in Treviso, an area regarded as one of the best for Prosecco. Made with 100% Glera grapes and vinified in the traditional Charmat method, the wine is dry, crisp, and clean – a classic yet not-too-sweet option that’s versatile and easy to love. Notes of acacia flower, Jazz apple, and grapefruit with medium body and pleasing structure.

About the Winery

Ca’ di Rajo winery is operated by the Cecchetto brothers, Simone, Alessio and Fabio, the third generation of a family who started the business in the 1931. Located in a special place, where the Venice Lagoon meets the Dolomites, Ca’ di Rajo is at the pinnacle of the Prosecco area. They match tradition and innovation, enhancing native training systems and native grapes with an international vision. 15 hectares of their vineyards are trained with the Bellussera system, and ancient Venetian growing system where the vines are trained up mulberry trees. The most innovative technologies are used in the winemaking process in order to preserve the best qualities of the grapes.
