Cooler Club is our way of looking out for the regulars who keep our beer program moving. It's not a beer version of the Wine Club. It is a monthly membership built around first dibs, hold privileges, and a few extra perks for the people who know Doctorbird is the place for the best beer in town.

Cooler Club is $25/month, billed automatically each month unless canceled.

As a member, you get:

  • Early notice on fresh beer arrivals
  • Up to two hold requests per month on eligible packaged beer or cider
  • A 24-hour hold window once a hold is confirmed
  • Style-watch alerts for up to two preferred beer styles
  • One birthday beer on us during your birthday month
  • Early access to select beer-related events, limited spots, or special offers

First dibs on fresh arrivals

  • When new beer lands, Cooler Club members hear about it first.

Hold privileges

  • Members can request up to two holds per month on eligible packaged beer or cider, while supplies last. Once confirmed, holds are good for 24 hours.

Style watch

  • Choose up to two preferred styles—West Coast IPA, hazy, lager, pilsner, stout, cider, whatever your lane is—and we will keep that in mind when new beer lands.

Birthday beer

  • Because birthdays should come with beer.

Early access to select beer-related events

  • If we have a beer tasting, limited seating, or something else beer-adjacent in the works, Cooler Club members get first crack.

COOLER CLUB IS A LITTLE DIFFERENT — BY DESIGN

We already work hard to make sure everyone who walks into Doctorbird has access to a fresh, interesting, fast-moving beer selection. That part is not changing.

Cooler Club exists because some of you are here a lot. You know the cooler. You know your styles. You know the feeling of showing up and finding out the beer you wanted is already gone.

This club is for those people.

It is not about creating some velvet-rope beer society. It is about giving our regulars a little extra care: earlier notice, a shot at holds, and a few perks that make life sweeter when the cooler is moving at full speed.

If our Wine Club is about curated discovery, Cooler Club is about staying close to the action.

POLICIES

  • Cooler Club membership is for members 21 and older.
  • Membership is billed monthly and renews automatically unless canceled.
  • Your monthly member beer is for the member only and must be used during that month. No rollover.
  • Birthday beer must be used during your birthday month.
  • Members may request up to two holds per month on eligible packaged beer or cider, while supplies last.
  • Confirmed holds are valid for 24 hours. Unclaimed holds return to inventory after that.
  • Style preferences help us alert you when something in your lane lands, but they do not guarantee reservation or allocation.
  • Quantity limits may apply on highly limited items.
  • Cooler Club members continue earning regular loyalty points on paid purchases. Membership dues and fully comped member perks do not earn points.
  • You may cancel anytime. Cancellation stops future billing, and your membership remains active through the end of your current billing period.
  • No partial-month refunds.
