Brown Bag Bonanza is sticking around, and it’s becoming exactly what it was probably always meant to be: a joyful little blind-tasting free-for-all.

We’ll pull bottles from reps, friends, our own stash, surprise corners of the wine world, and wherever else something interesting shows up. Then we’ll brown-bag them, taste together, make our best guesses, argue gently, reveal the bottles, and see who was brilliant, lucky, wildly overconfident, or all three.

The best part isn’t really the guessing, though that’s a lot of fun. It’s the room: ten people gathered around one long live-edge plank of wood, tasting, talking, laughing, and occasionally being humbled by fermented grapes. It’s social, low-pressure, and very Doctorbird.

Seats are limited to ten, so grab your ticket if you want a spot at the plank.
