Made with sweet, mellow Kadota figs from Santa Clara County and a splash of brandy, this jam brings a soft caramel richness with just the right touch of boozy warmth. It’s thick, jammy, and full of that deep figgy flavor, perfect for elevating a PB&J, spooning over warm toast, or pairing with everything from brie to blue cheese. (Also not bad straight out of the jar—we won’t judge.) Small Batch starts with fresh-picked figs, cook them down with pure cane sugar, a good pour of brandy, and a bit of citrus pectin to get that perfect texture.
